| In the interest of constructing and conducting a
memorable and informative learning experience, we at Insight Educators have
established a |

| set
of minimum pre-course requirements for each type of program that we
offer. Although we understand that each individual and agency has
their specific needs, we need to maintain these and other criteria to ensure
that most beneficial learning environment as possible. |

Refund Policy
 | Missed classes:
No refunds will be made for missed classes. |
| Student cancellation: refund will be awarded (not including deposit) if
student cancels within 4 days prior to the course. |
| Company cancellation: All monies will be refunded if the course is cancelled by Insight
Educators, EMS Development Unlimited, or Action Preparedness Training. |
Course Costs
The logistical aspect of
conducting a course can be tedious, to say the least. Primarily, course
costs are diverse, but can cover these following items:

 | Textbooks if included in cost of course (ordering, shipping and handling) |
| Stationary |
| Copying expenses |

| Travel expenses (fuel, food, lodging) |
| Advertising |
| Administrative fees |

Individual Student Courses
|
| .It has been our experience that individual students may seek
classes that are either not within our pre-scheduled course
calendar, or may not meet the requirements of 3 full paid students
to originate a class. For these students, we will try our best to
find a class for them to fit into. In the case that we are
unsuccessful in placing the student in a class, exceptions will be
made on a case by case review so that individuals requesting such
classes can be accommodated. There will be an additional $25.00 fee
assessed per student for classes with less than 3 students
participating. |

Payment Policy
| A deposit will be paid to the company 2 (two) weeks prior to the start
date of the course. |
| Full payment is required prior to the beginning of the course. |
| Contractual obligations will exist between various institutions and
agencies. This will result in a reduced rate for those employed by the
institution or agency. Employees of institutions or agency's are
required to be responsible for the portion not being reimbursed by their
institution or agency. |
